**Exchanges/ Instore Credit need to be returned via the of original purchase platform. I.E. website purchases, VIP club purchases, and any other online platforms, must be returned via your original order platform or store location.
ADORNit Sizing Standard: Due to the boutique fashion industry having a non U.S. conformed sizing chart, we've standardized a sizing chart for your convenience. All purchases made on any online platform or in our local store fronts are not eligible for cash back or cash returns. ADORNit Girls carefully resize and label all items using this chart as a reference. The ADORNit size labels reflect this chart.

**Pulling, Handling, & Shipping: Once invoice is paid your instock items will be pulled and processed within 1-3 business days. For orders placed on www.adornitclothing.com we are unable to combine other website orders placed. Also orders can not be combined when placed on multiple different online platforms. Once pulled and processed, allow for an additional 3-5 business days for the order to be fully processed and leave our online fulfillment center. A tracking number and shipping notification will be given once it is available in leaving for shipping departure. If your items are not instock email hello@adornitclothing.com for status update.

**Exchange/ Instore Credit: upon receiving package. Promptly contact ADORNit online team via hello@adornitclothing.com within 3 business days of receiving items to request your options for exchange or instore credit. To be applicable for request your order must follow this outline: Items must be returned in original condition (un-worn, un-washed, free of smoke & pet dander) and in original packaging. A tracking number must be issued and you must notify ADORNit online of return via email within 6 business days to complete return or ADORNit will not accept package and sender will assume all shipping costs. ADORNit will exchange item(s) or issue in-store credit for the purchase price minus original shipping cost.

**Instore Credit: is only offered on regular ADORNit Priced items. It is applicable on the following regular priced items: clothing, denim, wallets, home decor/gift items, shoes, scarves, and hats. No cash refunds applicable, issued, or given. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Once store credit is issued it is valid to redeem for 45 days after issue date.
Exchange: We understand that a return request is sometimes necessary. To be applicable for exchange your item must follow outline as listed above. ADORNit will offer FREE exchange shipping on items that are regular ADORNit Priced or non discounted items.
Gift Cards: giftcards are redeemable on the site for up to one year after issue date. Digitally issued giftcards are non transferable to paper for inperson use at our retail location
**Final Sale Items: Store/giveaway credit, clearance items, combo deal items, flash sale items, hot buy items, last chance items, marked down items. These items are final sale - as is due to the low price and no exchange or store credit will be applicable. Also final sale items: jewelry, artisan vendors, sunglasses, craft supplies, diy supplies, sewing items, wood items.
**Shipping: ADORNit shipping label is created off of the Shipping Address provided via the invoice filled out by customer or online form. ADORNit can not assume your personal shipping address. Once the item has been shipped and left the ADORNit Online Fullment center. It then becomes the responsibility and liability of the carrier. I.E. U.S.P.S, UPS, or other shipping carriers ADORNit is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refunds, or store credit will be issued for lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered or in any case.

ADORNit reserves the right to refuse returned items which aren't in compliance with ADORNit - Carolees Creations and ADORNit Shoppe LLC policies. ADORNit will evaluate atypical circumstances case by case. ADORNit will charge a $10 restocking fee which will incur out of your instore credit/exchange amount.
