Q: If I purchase an item online can I return it instore?
A: If your purchase follows the above outline for returnable products. Then you can go in-store to our Logan ADORNit Shoppe clothing division store and exchange an item towards the same value or pay the difference. However return credit can not be issued instore to then redeem back online. They can accept the package in your behalf and put it in transit back to the online division so you don't have to pay return shipping. Once the package is received at the online division they will contact you to complete a store credit request.
Q: If an item is clearance or final sale but I washed it and now its damaged. Can I still return it?
A: Because our clearance items/final sale are such a great deal and rock bottom pricing they are sold as-is. You will need to make your own repairs to the product and they are non returnable.
